Marcin Podskarbi is the founder of Totu Legal and the attorney responsible for its legal work. He is licensed to practice law in California, where the State Bar admitted him in December 2017, and he is an adwokat admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association in Poland.

That dual qualification is the reason the firm exists. Many clients come to Totu Legal with matters that touch both countries: a Polish founder opening a U.S. company and preparing an E-2 visa application, a U.S. citizen petitioning for a spouse, or a foreign professional building a career in Warsaw. Marcin advises on both sides, so clients don't have to coordinate two firms that have never spoken to each other.

Practice focus

  • U.S. immigration: investor and extraordinary ability visas, family-based green cards, visa strategy.
  • U.S. business: LLC and corporation formation for non-residents, contracts, business disputes.
  • Polish immigration: temporary and permanent residence, work permits, citizenship.
  • Polish business: company formation, corporate and commercial matters.

How he works with clients
