A Polish lawyer who speaks your business language

Foreign companies often find Polish legal practice hard to navigate: formal requirements for corporate decisions, Polish-language filings and court procedures that work differently from common law systems. We explain how things work in Poland in plain English, and we take care of the formal steps.

Contracts and corporate housekeeping

We draft and review commercial contracts, including bilingual versions, and handle the corporate side of Polish companies: shareholder resolutions, changes to the management board and updates in the National Court Register. Small formal mistakes in these areas can block registrations or invalidate decisions, so we get them right the first time.

Disputes

When a counterparty doesn't pay or doesn't perform, we start with a clear assessment of your position and a formal demand. Many disputes settle at that stage. If they don't, we represent you before the Polish courts.

Cross-border work

For matters between the U.S. and Poland, one attorney licensed in both California and Poland can advise on both sides. See also business law in the U.S..
