§1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meaning:

1) Website – the website functioning under the web address https://totulegal.com

2) Consumer – a natural person purchasing services not directly related to his/her economic or professional activity (as defined by Article 221 of the Civil Code),

3) Service – a benefit that the User may purchase from the Seller through the service – is any activity or benefit that does not have a material nature

6) User – natural person with full legal capacity, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, who purchases the Material.

§2 Purchase of Service

1. The user can purchase the service by selecting it from the subpage of the website. The user can choose from several options at different prices. Given prices are gross prices.

2. After making the selection, the User should click on the “order” button, as a result of which they will be redirected to the order page.

3. Third On the order page, the User should fill out the order form, and then proceed to the payment procedure by clicking the button “Buy and pay”.

4. Payment is carried out through the payment operator Stripe.

5. Available payment methods are fast electronic transfer and payment by card.

6. At the time of effective payment, between the User and the Seller is an agreement to provide benefits in the form of service selected by the User, and the User is shown a page with order confirmation.

7. The service purchased by the User is carried out according to subsequent arrangements with the customer.

§3 Withdrawal from the contract

1. The User being a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail). To preserve the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient for the User to send information concerning the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal.

2. If, in the course of ordering, the User has agreed to perform the contract and provide the service before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal, the User loses the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller.

§4 Complaints

1. First The User may lodge a complaint regarding an ordered service or the purchasing process described in §2 of the Terms and Conditions.

2. The complaint should be sent to the e-mail address of the Seller, i.e. office@totulegal.com

3. The complaint should contain data that make it possible to identify the User, the subject of the complaint and the demands connected with the complaint. In the case of receiving an incomplete complaint, the Seller will call the User to complete it under the pain of leaving the complaint unprocessed. 4.

4. The Seller shall respond to the complete complaint within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.

§6 Out-of-court complaint handling and claim investigation methods

1.The Seller agrees to submit any disputes arising in connection with the service agreement to mediation proceedings. Details will be determined by the parties to the conflict.

2. The User who is a Consumer has the opportunity to use out-of-court ways to handle complaints and pursue claims. Among others, the User who is a Consumer has the possibility:


  • turn to the permanent amicable consumer court with a request to settle a dispute arising from the concluded agreement,
  • turn to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings in the case of amicable termination of a dispute between the User and the Seller
  • use the help of district (city) consumer ombudsman or a social organization, whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.

4. The consumer can also use the ODR platform, which is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The platform serves to resolve disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs seeking an out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from the online sales contract or service contract.

§7 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, which come into force on the date of their publication on the website. Contracts concluded before the amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of concluding an agreement by the User with the Seller.
