Health and safety at work
When an employer establishes a working relationship with an employee, he must comply with certain obligations. Similarly, employees must respect their professional obligations and perform their work seriously.
– Employers must take preventive measures (for example, training) to ensure the health and safety of employees. He must also assess the occupational risks of available workstations. In case of violation, the employer may be liable for civil and/or criminal liability.
– The employer shall be responsible for the work safety and health of the employer. The extent of this responsibility does not depend on the employee’s obligations in the field, nor does it depend on the occupational safety and health management that has been entrusted to professionals outside the company.
– Employees are required not only to fulfill the obligations stipulated in their employment contracts, but also to fulfill the obligations arising from legal regulations.
